Women of Grace Widows' Fund

Women of Grace Widows' Fund is a great mission project of the Watertown and Canton First Presbyterian Churches. Their mission is to help alleviate the extreme poverty that many widows of Malawi, Africa face and assist the widows to start their own self-sufficient businesses. I became involved with this group when one of the women who runs WOG asked me to assist her in creating a couple of very large PowerPoint slideshows that integrated music and her narration of the images. They worked to obtain a grant to pay for a website and came to me to complete the work.

I created a simple, clean site that integrated: PayPal Donate buttons, a QuickTime version of the larger narrated PowerPoint slideshow, integrated newsletter, playable gallery with music and full screen capabilities, an accordion style promo toggle bar that loads collapsed to save space with option to expand, and more.
